SHIPPING & RETURNS

An automated email notification will be sent to you, providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment’s journey.

Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with a photo ID.

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as DE NADER cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such DE NADER will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN MEXICO

DE NADER cannot guarantee a delivery time, it provides the following general shipping guidelines: ready to ship products will generally be delivered within 3 business days, custom made products will generally be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is determined at the checkout. Orders over $100 USD have complimentary shipping.

FOR ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF MEXICO

REPAIR SHIPPING

All DE NADER products come with a 6-month warranty.

If your item is deemed as a manufacturing fault, the return shipping cost will be covered by DE NADER. DE NADER reserves the right to cover all shipping costs if your piece is deemed as wear and tear within the 6 months manufacturing warranty.

Outside our manufacturer’s 6-month warranty, it is at the client’s expense to safely return the piece(s) to DE NADER. Return shipping costs will be added to your repair invoice and payment is required prior to repairing your item.

Domestic repairs will incur a cost. Once the piece is valued, the invoice for the repair of the piece will be sent to your mail for further approval, and once you have paid, the repair will be done.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS

If you have changed your mind or made an error and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel up to 60 minutes after an order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Care team here to do so. We are not able to cancel or change your order after this time.

READY TO SHIP

Due to the fast nature and turnaround time of our ready to ship service, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

CUSTOM MADE

All custom-made orders and Engagement Rings cannot be canceled or changed due to the extensive production process.

Products purchased from De Nader’s online or retail store may be returned for a credit in Mexico if returned unworn, and in saleable condition within 30 days of dispatch date. DE NADER does not issue refunds for changes of mind or incorrect purchase.

It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to DE NADER and their responsibility until confirmation of receipt by our customer service team.

DE NADER credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. DE NADER credits are valid for use in our showroom and online at denader.mx for a period of 6-months.

To initiate a credit return, please send your request via our customer service mail. You may also return DE NADER products at our Mexico city based showroom.

DE NADER does not accept returns of products that are:

- not returned in their original condition or packaging
- returned outside of the specified return timeframe
- of a custom made nature

DE NADER reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, if any of the above occur.
